Pastor Andrew previously served as a maritime engineering technician with the Republic of Singapore Navy for 13 years before becoming a full-time pastor. He founded New Hope Community Services in 2003 and served in a volunteering capacity before joining as its Executive Director in 2007. He also founded Jumping Singapore, a social enterprise in 2016. Pastor Andrew has received numerous awards, such as the Inspiration Award 2009 from the British Chamber of Commence, and is a Social Service Fellow in the National Council of Social Service since 2021. A grassroots and community leader in Chong Pang since 2006, he is currently the Harmony Circle Chairman, and is the Chairman of the Harmony Circle Coordinating Council since 2023.
