Organised by New Hope Community Services alongside other agencies, HLF is the platform in the social service sector to share learnings about homelessness, reflect on progress, and explore innovative solutions. 2026 will be the 8th annual edition of HLF. We bring together different perspectives, such as persons with lived experiences, policymakers, social service practitioners, and philanthropists. Together, we envision a future where every homeless person has the opportunity to thrive.
