When and where is the Homelessness Learning Forum 2026?
The main forum will be held on 21 October 2026 (Wednesday) from 10:00am to 5:00pm, at Singapore Management University (SMU).
 
The forum opens with 3 concurrent Discovery Sessions from 10:00am to 12:00pm, featuring the 11 projects awarded under the MSF PATH Fund. Click here to see the Discovery Session themes and projects.
How do I get to the venue?
HLF2026 will be held at Singapore Management University (SMU). For directions, drop-off point and public transport options, please refer to SMU's Visiting SMU page.
Can I attend HLF2026?
HLF2026 is open to the public! HLF brings together persons with lived experiences, social service practitioners, policymakers, community partners and philanthropists to explore how Community Based Solutioning can strengthen the way we respond to homelessness and housing instability.
 
HLF is a space to SEE, HEAR and SHARE — to learn from what is already happening, exchange perspectives, and contribute ideas for what could happen next.
What are the "Discovery Sessions"?
Discovery Sessions are the 3 concurrent thematic sessions that open the forum, featuring the 11 projects awarded under the MSF PATH Fund (Partnerships to Tackle Homelessness): Tailored Outreach and Support, Building Change from Within, and Sustaining Housing Stability. Ticketing and Registration

Do I have to pay to attend HLF2026?
No, registration is free! Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
When can I register for HLF2026?
Registration opens on 8 September 2026 and closes on 7 October 2026.
Can I register as a group?
Sorry, we require everyone to register individually.
